Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Note by Note (notebynote.ae). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Note by Note sells samples and travel sizes of fragrances that we decant by hand from genuine, original retail bottles, as well as some full retail bottles. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the fragrance houses whose products we decant. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the product.

2. Product images

Product photos show the original retail bottle for reference only. Samples and travel sprays are supplied in our own vials and atomisers, not in the original branded packaging, unless you order a full retail bottle.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a fragrance is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect resale or fraud.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only, using Aramex. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Use of products

Fragrances are for external use only. Test on a small area of skin first, avoid contact with eyes, keep away from children and from flames, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Ingredient lists are shown on each product page.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
