Shipping policy

Note by Note delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Every order is shipped with Aramex, with tracking.

Delivery charges

Tracked Aramex delivery: Dhs. 25 on orders under Dhs. 300.
Free tracked Aramex delivery on orders of Dhs. 300 or more.

We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Processing time

Each sample is decanted by hand, so orders are prepared and handed to Aramex within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, Aramex usually delivers within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the Emirate. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Your mobile number

Please leave a reachable UAE mobile number at checkout. Aramex will call or message that number to confirm delivery. Orders without a reachable number may be delayed or returned to us, and a second delivery may incur a further shipping charge.

Failed or refused deliveries

If Aramex cannot deliver after their attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery for a further Dhs. 25, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
